Barney Wiki

Barney's Favorites, Volume 2 (Barney's Just Imagine in the United Kingdom and South Africa) was the second album in the Barney's Favorites series as well as being Barney's second album released. Like Volume 1, it contains songs from the TV series, but it also has songs from Barney Live! In New York City and Imagination Island. It was released on August 23, 1994 through EMI Records.

In the same year as the album was released, the album commercially entered at number sixty-six on the Billboard 200 thus becoming Barney's second album to hit that chart.[1] Vol. 2 would later peak at #11 on Billboard's Top Kid's Albums on February 3, 1996.[2]

On March 13, 1998, the album went platinum, the same day Barney's Favorites, Volume 1 went triple platinum.[3]

Following the release of Barney's Favorites, Vol. 2 a Spanish equivalent, titled Las Canciones de Barney 2, was released in 1997, and a German equivalent titled Barney's Insel der Fantasien in 1999, however not all the songs are the same from the English counterpart.
