Barney Live in Concert - Birthday Bash!: Original Cast Recording is the original cast album to the 2010-2011 national stage show tour of Barney Live in Concert - Birthday Bash!. The album was released in 2011 by HIT Entertainment and VEE Corporation.
Barney Live in Concert - Birthday Bash!: Original Cast Recording is the nineteenth US studio album from Barney. It is the seventh album released to be based on a Barney live show and the third US album to be the soundtrack to a Barney live show. Unlike Barney's Big Surprise! Live on Stage and Barney's Colorful World! LIVE! this album does not contain audience effects and was never released to retail. It was only available for purchase at the show itself.
Unlike previous US albums, that were produced by people who worked on the television series, this album was produced by outsiders who have not worked on the series.
This was the final Barney album to be released, making it the final album to contain the voices of Dean Wendt, Julie Johnson, Patty Wirtz, and Michaela Dietz as Barney, Baby Bop, BJ, and Riff respectively.

Trivia[]
- Even though the songs, "Rock Like a Monkey" and "Together With You" (Reprise) are in the live show, they don't appear in this album
Goofs[]
- The back cover of the CD says that the "Clean-Up Song" lasts 1:51, but it actually lasts for about 1:15.
- It also says that Barney and the company sing "Rock N Roll Star," but it's just BJ singing it (with the ensemble as backup) on the soundtrack (as well as in the show itself).
