Billy is a main recurring character on the television series, Barney's World. He's an energetic dino who loves action and loud sounds. With a strong sense of self awareness, Billy encourages kids to express their feelings and care for themselves.[1]
Billy is based on the character BJ from Barney & Friends — unlike Barney and Baby Bop, his name was changed for the reboot series.
