"Billy's Intro" (alternatively titled "Let's Meet Billy") is one out of three character intro videos that was released to re-introduce characters from the Barney franchise, specifically for the iteration of the then-upcoming Barney's World series. The videos coincided with press releases based on the series that were released on September 4, 2024.

Plot

Billy performs stunts on his scooter in front of the Barney Bench before losing control and crashing into the screen. He picks himself up and introduces himself to the viewer, explaining that loves to move and invites the viewers to follow him as he zooms across the park.

Billy performs further tricks (including a move he calls the "Butterfly Spin"). Billy rides over to the splash pad and attempts another trick, but falls off in the process. Billy explains that it's okay to make mistakes, and that sometimes it takes a few tries; Billy gives it another try, and is successful. He zooms next to Barney, gives him a high-five, and performs his last move called the "I Love You" as he waves goodbye.
