Celebrating Around the World is a Barney Home Video that was released on January 29, 2008.[1]
Plot
Ben and Tracy are friends that can't decide on anything! So when they decide to throw a party, they can't decide how to celebrate it. So, Barney takes the kids on his Imagination Train to show them how other countries throw parties. They visit Brazil, Ireland, Japan, Kenya, and India and it ends with a grand party inside the caboose.
