Cindy is a character that only appeared in "Barney's Big Surprise". She was portrayed by Courtney Cook Chavera in the first year of the national tour and for when the tour performed in Mexico, and later by Mallory Lineberger in the second year of the national tour, as well as the home video release of the live show. She never appeared in the TV series.
