"Clean Up, Clean Up" is a song adaptation of "Clean Up" originally written for Barney's World. It made its first appearance in "Mel's Greatest Treasure".

Writing and composition

The song is credited to be composed and arranged by Bob Singleton, who initially arranged the original song for Barney & Friends. However, this is presumed to be an error on the credits of the song as Barney's World contains an entirely new music production team compared to Barney & Friends. Ava Kay arranged the song for the series, but is uncredited on the audio release.

Release

"Clean Up, Clean Up" is a song written for Barney's World that debuted ahead of the series premiere. A music video for the song debuted on the official Barney YouTube channel on September 19, 2024 in time for National Clean Up Day on September 21. The song was released on various music streaming services on September 23, 2024.
