• This short marked the first time that Billy, Baby Bop, and Mel’s voice matches speak as their characters; previously, they only sang in other Barney's World projects. Barney’s voice match had already spoken in talking toys.
• The trailer suggested that an on-screen dance guide (similar to Just Dance) would appear during the episode. However, it only appeared later in a re-release of the song segment as a dance tutorial.
