Dave McRae (born May 24, 1979 in Toronto, Ontario, Canada) is an Canadian voice actor and filmmaker whose voice has been heard in radio, television, and online commercials, network promos, movie and game trailers, narration and animation across North America and around the world. He voices Billy in Barney's World related media as a voice double for Jonathan Tan for the second season.
