Deborah Ann Ryan (born May 13, 1993 in Huntsville, Alabama), known professionally as Debby Ryan, is an American actress and singer. She was raised in Germany in her childhood. She is best known for her roles as Bailey in The Suite Life on Deck and as the titular character in Jessie on Disney Channel. In 2013, she formed a band called "The Never Ending" and she was a vocalist/songwriter for the band. One of her earliest acting roles was portraying a teenage girl in the home video Let's Go to the Fire House (credited as Deborah Popp).
