Ella Paciocco (born on October 4, 2012 in Toronto, Ontario, Canada) is a Canadian actress and singer-songwriter. She provides the voice of Vivie in Barney's World, marking her voice acting debut.[1]

After she got the role, Paciocco and her father would initially travel to the recording studio in Toronto every week to record her lines for the show. To avoid the long commute, she and her family eventually had a recording studio built in their basement, so that she could record her lines from home.[1]
