"Father's Day Road Trip" is the fortieth episode of the first season of Barney's World.

Plot

Luis wants to take a trip with his daughter, Mel, for Father's Day. Unfortunately, his car breaks down. So Mel decides to take him on an imaginary trip instead, so they can still spend time together. Barney adds magic to create a fun and special Father's Day journey to remember.

Trivia

• As the kids are about to drive their cars, Barney makes a reference to Back To The Future, by saying "Where our imaginations are going, we don't need roads."
