- A time lapse is used when Barney and the kids are raking leaves and the scene of them playing in the pile of leaves was done in slow motion.
- Barney and the kids don't use the phrase "Shimbaree, Shimbarah" to turn the playground into a skating pond.
- The Barney doll winks in this version instead of having a snowflake land on him.
