I Love to Sing with Barney is the eighth US studio album from Barney, released on CD and cassette on January 12, 1999 under Lyrick Studios. It was soon re-released by Koch Records and HIT Entertainment in 2003 along with previous Barney albums.

The album was released the same day as Sing and Dance with Barney both celebrating Barney's 10th Anniversary.

After the year of the album's release, it commercially went on to peak at number seven on Billboard's Top Kid's Albums and number twenty-five on Billboard's Independent albums on May 6, 2000.

At AllMusic, Heather Phares rated the album two and a half stars out of five, saying that I Love to Sing with Barney is "fun" for fans of the purple dinosaur. Phares says that the arrangements of the traditional songs add a "playful twist" to what was already known.

Trivia

• The 2003 re-release of this album claims to include a bonus track titled "Hale-Bopp Boogie", but no such track in this soundtrack album.
• The songs, "Laugh With Me!" and "Boom, Boom, Ain't it Great to Be Crazy?" are recycled from Run Jump Skip and Sing and the songs, "If You're Happy and You Know It" and "Castles So High" from Sing and Dance with Barney. Other than that, all of the songs were recorded directly for this album.
