Jason is a character on Barney & Friends who appeared with many of the original kids. He was played by Kurt Dykhuizen. He first appeared in "The Alphabet Zoo" as a guest character, and became a main one for the remainder of Season 3.

About

Jason was born deaf, but he can hear others because of his hearing implant. The final time he is seen together with Barney is in Sing and Dance with Barney. He is good friends with Min. He has a dog for a pet, as mentioned in A Welcome Home.

In most of his appearances, Jason can be seen signing "I Love You" to Barney as everyone takes their leave.
