Jeffrey is a character who only appeared in the video Campfire Sing-Along, which was the fifth video in the Barney & The Backyard Gang series. He was a member of The Backyard Gang for a brief period. He was portrayed by Jeffrey Lowe. Jeffrey replaced fellow Backyard Gang member Adam for the respective video for unknown reasons due to Alexander Jhin's absence, who portrayed Adam.
Along with the rest of The Backyard Gang, Jeffrey was summoned by Barney to the woods so they could all go camping. Jeffrey helped the others setup the tent and as the rest thought about what else they might need for their time camping, Jeffrey kept mentioning food. Barney then later asked everyone as to what they should do as their first activity camping, in which Jeffrey was the only one to raise his hand to eat while the rest wanted to go hiking. Jeffrey later admitted that he could eat later.
After hiking, Jeffrey proclaims that he's hungry and asks if they could have a snack. Barney agrees that it's snack time to the delight of Jeffrey. With Barney conjuring up food, they all eat. Jeffrey is seen mainly eating potato chips. Afterwards, Jeffrey continues to join in the camping activities afterwards with The Backyard Gang. When night falls, they all look up at the stars and see a constellation. Jeffrey explains to everyone what a constellation is.
