Jeffrey Peter Lowe (born May 20, 1980) is a former American child actor who portrayed Jeffrey in the Barney & The Backyard Gang video, "Campfire Sing-Along". He replaced Alexander Jhin, who portrayed Adam, because Jhin was ill the day that video was produced.
