Jingles is a royal clown who only appeared in the new content of Once Upon a Dino-Tale. She was portrayed by Kacie Lynch. She is a very good friend of Barney's.

Jingles loves making others laugh. She is very joyful. Jingles comes from a Kingdom far, far away. She's the royal Jester for the king and queen. She looks like any other jester would, with a silly hat and red dimples. Her silly hat also has jingle bells (hints her name).
