Kelly is a character who only appeared in Barney Live! In New York City. She was portrayed by Rebecca Wilson.
Kelly came out from behind the curtain when Barney introduced her. She joined the cast in doing "Mr. Knickerbocker" and "Ring Around the Rosie". Once Baby Bop came out on her tricycle, she (alongside Carlos) wheeled her tricycle offstage. Kelly wouldn't be seen again during the first act until the circus parade arrives on stage, where she marches to the music with the other kids upon their arrival. When she and the other kids asked if they could play their instruments, Kelly would be seen playing the french horn during "I Am a Fine Musician". She would then march with the others to the circus.
For the second act, Kelly would be seen driving a small car in a clown outfit during "Boom, Boom, Ain't It Great to Be Crazy?". Barney acknowledges the car she was driving, wondering as to how the children got to the circus, to which Derek informed Barney that they came in a bus. Kelly would then drive the small car backstage. Kelly wouldn't been seen again until the song "Please and Thank You" is sung, where she is seen holding a sign that reads "Please" (while Carlos held a sign that reads "Thank You"). Kelly would eventually put the sign backstage and join the rest of the cast for the rest of the concert.
