Lucien Andre Douglas (born March 16, 1986 in Dallas, Texas) is a former American actor. He appeared in several Chuck E. Cheese showtapes from 1997 until 1999, he portrayed the role of David in two videos of the Yello Dyno series; Tricky People and Can't Fool Me, and the role of Brad in the 2012 film, The Vessel. He was best known for his role as Chip on the children's television series Barney & Friends.

Douglas debuted as "Chip" in the video Camp Wannarunnaround. Douglas portrayed as "Chip" in in seasons four to six of Barney & Friends and additional home videos until 2000.

- Douglas shares a birthday with fellow castmate, Mera Baker, who portrayed Keesha. Douglas is a year older than Baker.
