Maurié Ayanna Maolud (née Chandler; born April 10, 1985 in Houston, Texas) is an American doctor and actress. She is known for her roles in the films, Crooklyn and Black Angels. One of her earliest acting roles was portraying the role of Ashley in the children's television series Barney & Friends. She is the identical twin sister of Monét Chandler who portrayed the role of Alissa, also on Barney & Friends.

Following the filming of the film Crooklyn in New York, Maolud and her twin sister Monét Clewis returned to Texas and received a new agent from Kim Dawson Agency in Dallas who landed them an audition for an opening casting call for Barney & Friends. During the auditioning process, it came down to Maolud and Clewis, and another set of twins with the two sets of twins being called to each room back to back. Towards the end of the audition, Maolud and Clewis were notified that they were chosen for the roles of "Ashley" and "Alissa" on Barney & Friends.[1]

- Clewis has had her twin sister Maolud occasionally portray the role of Ashley in a couple of episodes of Barney & Friends and additional home videos with the exceptions of Barney's Halloween Party and Let's Play School!.
