Megan Nicole West (née Stanke; born January 9, 1991 in Houston, Texas) is an American actress. She is best known for her roles in drama television series, including Lila Stangard in How to Get Away with Murder, Haley in Person of Interest, and Taylor Kelly in 9-1-1. One of her earliest acting roles was in the national tour of Barney's Musical Castle, portraying the role of Penny from 2000 to 2001.
