Nick is a main recurring character who appeared in seasons seven through nine of Barney & Friends. Main roles[]
Barney & Friends[]
"A Parade of Bikes"[]
Kami and Sarah are preparing for a bike parade. When Nick arrives, they find he's had an accident on his bike. Barney and the girls cheer Nick up, while Mr. Boyd offers to fix his bike. When Nick's bike is fixed and Barney adds the finishing touch with balloons - the parade is ready to roll!
"A Little Big Day"[]
Nick notes that he has always been the littlest among his friends. Barney reassures him that everyone is growing every day and that being little has its own advantages, as shown when Nick's small hand is just the right size to help Baby Bop retrieve bracelets from out of a jar. The group then explores the concept of "big and little" through things in the park and a retelling of "Jack and the Beanstalk," where Nick gets to experience both being little and pretending to be big. Nick realizes that he is happy just the way he is, learning that whether big or little, everyone is special and valued for who they are.
"Squares, Squares Everywhere"[]
Barney and his friends join forces to help Nick with his homework and they have fun at the same time! His assignment is to find ‘squares’ in his daily life, and the kids and the dinos join in the fun of searching for hidden squares – both inside and outside. After a day with Barney and his friends, Nick’s homework is in great shape!
