Susannah Patrice Williams (née Wetzel; born as "Susannah Patrice Wetzel" on June 18, 1982 in Baltimore, Maryland) is an American actress who portrayed the role of Julie on PBS' Barney & Friends in Seasons 2-3.
Following her time on Barney & Friends, Williams provided uncredited backing vocals on numerous songs, most notably on Seattle hip-hop duo Macklemore & Ryan Lewis' 2013 hit single "Can't Hold Us", which topped various charts globally, including Billboard magazine's Hot 100 chart and the Far East Movement.

When Williams' father Rick Wetzel was portraying The King during the production of Barney's Magical Musical Adventure, Dennis DeShazer informed him that they are searching for child actors to audition for Barney & Friends. Out of his three children, Wetzel chosen Williams, his middle child, due to her experiences of performing in community theater alongside her father Wetzel.
Williams auditioned for Barney & Friends at the age of ten and in her audition, she sang the song "You're Never Fully Dressed Without a Smile" from Annie and from there, Williams landed the role of "Julie".

Williams portrayed "Julie" from season two until season three of Barney & Friends in 1995 when she was at the age of twelve as her father earned a new job in New Jersey, which led Williams and her family to move out of the Texas area.

Following her time on Barney & Friends, she would get recognized in public for his role as "Julie". Williams admitted that people would tease and make fun of her for acting in a show aimed at preschoolers.
