A World of Friends is the 13th episode from Season 8 of Barney & Friends.
Plot
The kids are exciting about an International Fair being held in the park. Before the fair opens, they have fun touring the world with Barney who manages to surprise them in some fashion at each stop. After making their way around the world, Barney and the kids prove that kids aren't really so different no matter where they live
