Barney & Friends[]
Celebrating Around The World[]
While in the park, Tracy and Ben can't agree on anything. Barney suggests that having a party is something they can both agree on. Loving the idea, Barney also suggests that they have ice cream at their party. Ben and Tracy begin to disagree about the ice cream flavor and later the theme of the party. Barney mentions that there are different ways to throw parties, and eventually shows them inside the caboose with a book about parties and celebrations around the world. As Tracy wishes they could visit one of the places in the book, Barney decides to take the two around the world to see how people celebrate by using their imaginations. They visit Brazil, Ireland, Japan, Kenya and India. As they arrive back at the park, Barney suggests that they have their party be about friendship, given that's what Tracy noticed they all celebrate at the places they visited. Mr. Brantley eventually arrives to the party and expresses that he had both the original flavors they both desired. Ben and Tracy thank Barney for helping them settle their differences as the party guests arrive. Confetti rains down and everyone starts to dance.
"A Bird of a Different Feather: Hawaii"[]
Tracy comes in and explains that she needs to find a "bird of paradise" for a school party. Ben, unsure, tells her they're only found in Hawaii and what they look like. Barney then takes the kids to Hawaii, using his Travel Book. Tracy eventually finds one at the Luau.
