Trevor Morgan (born November 26, 1986 in Chicago, Illinois) is an American actor. He is best known to star in a variety of films including Genius, The Sixth Sense, The Patriot and Jurassic Park III. Morgan began his acting career at a young age with one of the earliest roles being Cody in the film Barney's Great Adventure. Barney's Great Adventure was Morgan's third film but his first studio feature.[1]

Morgan wanted to do Barney's Great Adventure so it would help him stay a kid for as long as he could.[1]
Post-Barney[]
Following the first 2020 U.S. Presidential Debate, a series of viral posts on social media began to occur with the phrase "That Debate Was The Worst Thing I've Ever Seen" with various actors, screenwriters and celebrities comparing to the debate to one of their works they consider "bad".[2] Morgan participated in this trend on September 30, 2020, comparing the debate to Barney's Great Adventure on his Instagram story. Despite the comparison, Morgan looks back to his time during production of the film fondly.

When filming Barney's Great Adventure, Morgan had younger cousins who loved Barney and were excited that Morgan was in the film. Both of his cousins wanted an autographed picture of him.[1]

- Morgan used to own a Barney doll but gave it to a little girl whose dad had cancer.[1]
