Help!!!

Someone help! If your an admin, there's a message I need to give to you: someone is spamming this wiki. This person keeps messing up the pages, puts down "MOO, MOO, MOO! CAAAAAAAAANNNNNNN IIIIIIIIIII HHHAAAVVV PPPPAAAAATTTTTTTAAAAATTTTTTTTTOOOOOOOS NOA!?" on some random pages. Can someone please take care of this person? (I mean block the person)
