Blinky and Sparkles are brother and sister. They are stegasaurus young toddlers. Blinky has a blue blanket that comforts him, and he sleeps with, when he is happy he blinks along his plated on his back. Sparkles has a baby bear that comforts her and when she is happy her plates on her back sparkles. They learn how to share and play with each other by Barney and his friends, and Barney's friends learn how to deal with small children and thier fears.[]
