Wiki! Yes, I'm still around! Some very important things have been happening with my family that have kept me very busy, but I have not forgotten you all. Good luck, this is great! Snork4colin 13:58, 21 June 2009 (UTC)

I'm beginning work on Season 5 - Books Are Fun! If you see any formatting problems please correct/let me know. Snork4colin 00:09, 25 June 2009 (UTC)

Thanks Sorry I haven't been here much. I have been dealing with School and Work but go ahead. I appreciate it. User:Kazi22 8 July 2009

I Need Help

Does HIT Entertainment Fun Fest Would Be Part of The List of Notable Personal Appearances of Barney? Because Barney Appear At Edaville Back in July of 2008. - Jeremy Crispo

You mean would it? I suppose. - SonicHOG 21:57, 23 July 2009 (UTC)

Wikia Main Links

I think we need to figure out how to add the Barney wiki to wikia's main Categories/wikis page. If you look at you will not find us. Do you happen to know how to do that? Snork4colin 19:51, 17 August 2009 (UTC)

I wish I knew how, but I don't. Sorry. - SonicHOG 14:48, 18 August 2009 (UTC)

Barney new season

I live in Maryland and want to know what time and day the new episode of Barney starts. If you could give me that information I'd appreciate it. Thank you.

New Pages

There are some pages that need to be improved like BJ,Barney Dolls and Main Settings through out the years. -- User:JASBarney3

JAS, the pages need to be made actually (they exist), but I can't exactly say they need to be improved. I might work on them sometime soon. Also, please put a signature after your messages. It helps to know who posted what. -- SonicHOG 07:56, 26 August 2009 (UTC)

Hi, I saw you mentioned that the actor who played Mr. Tenagain appeared as some kid's grandpa in season 10. Happen to know which episode? Thanks, Snork4colin 19:32, 29 August 2009 (UTC)

I can't think of the kid's name, but I know the episode is called "Grandpa's Visit" (and actually, I think it's in Season 11). -- SonicHOG 17:44, 30 August 2009 (UTC)

Hey, thanks. The episode is "The New Kid/Grandpa's Visit" and Grandpa is indeed played by R. Bruce Elliot. Snork4colin 18:25, 30 August 2009 (UTC)

You're welcome. I mentoned the episode by that part, rather than both episodes. -- SonicHOG 08:50, 31 August 2009 (UTC)

Thanks for administering this wiki so well. Some people may think you're a dick for changing things so that all the pages retain some sort of cohesive presentation. But that's what makes a good wiki. Some people may think you're a dick because you know a hell of a lot more than they do and make corrections. That's their problem. There is not a single person on the face of this Earth who knows more about the subject than you, and if anybody thinks they do they're deluded. You should never apologize for being the Barney god. If people have problems with the way this wiki is run they're certainly free to start their own and find out real quick what a shitpile it would be. Snork4colin 00:46, September 13, 2009 (UTC)

Thanks for the comments, John. And you're welcome for all of that. Although HIT knows a few things I don't (as do some of the Barney cast members), I do know quite a bit on Barney. Also, I should thank you for helping me (and if Wikia would allow me to make you a mod, I really would. Kazi apparently can't transfer that, I assume. SonicHOG 07:03, September 13, 2009 (UTC)

Book Fair

Hey Drew, I was just wondering, do you have a plot for Book Fair. It's the only DVD I don't have and I don't really know what it's about. Thanks. -- BattyBarney2

It's just a rerelease of the video "Read with Me, Dance With Me," except the DVD case is a book. -- SonicHOG 16:41, September 13, 2009 (UTC)

Oh, didn't realise that, okay, thanks. --BattyBarney2 17:08, September 13, 2009 (UTC)

BJ through the Years

I kind of messed up the BJ through the Years page, when I was creating it, it was fine, but when I saved it the table got all messed. Now it isn't allowing me to change it. Just wanna let you know I didn't do on purpose and if you could please have look at it. Thanks

Which episode did this image come from? - Drillbit Taylor

Hey Drew, i was just wondering, did they play the Barney Theme Song in "Let's Go On Vacation", and "Barney's Jungle Friends"? -- 03:36, September 28, 2009 (UTC)

No, they didn't. However, in the shortened versions of them that aired on PBS ("Bienvenidos Barney" and "Home Sweet Home" respectively (both from Season 13)), they did. -- SonicHOG 06:32, September 28, 2009 (UTC)

Oh ok, but dont you think it's time HIT Entertainment stopped discluding the Barney Theme Song? -- 21:07, September 29, 2009 (UTC)

Yeah, they should bring it back (in episode-based videos, they still have the Theme Song). Also, I'm sorry to keep nagging at you for this, but could you put your signature AFTER your message. You have the right idea, but just put it after your message instead of before. -- SonicHOG 21:35, September 29, 2009 (UTC)

By the way I hope the Barney Theme Song didn't had a lawsuit going on for cut-offs. --Rodney16 13:57, February 27, 2010 (UTC)

Oh sorry about that. And i never got your opinion on Duncan Brannan's Barney voice. What did you think of it? -- 00:55, September 30, 2009 (UTC)

It's alright. I know it's hard to get used to. Anyway, I think Duncan Brannan did a pretty good job as Barney. While I still like Bob the most, Duncan did really well in taking his place (unlike Dean did afterwards). -- SonicHOG 01:22, October 1, 2009 (UTC)

Exactly, and are there any other websites to watch copyrighted Barney videos or DVD's? Cause I want to see the Halloween episode.

Sorry, i forgot to put my signature. -- 16:50, October 2, 2009 (UTC)

Youtube and other sites are your best bet, if you don't want to buy Barney's Halloween Party yourself (It got rereleased back in September). -- SonicHOG 16:27, October 3, 2009 (UTC)

I already have "Barney's Halloween Party" on video, but do you know if anyone has the season 11 episode "Guess Who?/Sweet Treats"? I'm hoping someone uploads that episode cause i also want to see it before halloween comes. -- 16:50, October 2, 2009 (UTC)

Both of those are on the HIT Favorites Halloween DVDs (I can't think of the exact names, but they're both for Halloween). If you can't find those, just wait for PBS to air them. -- SonicHOG 16:27, October 3, 2009 (UTC)

Hachaverim Shel Barney Article

Where did you find an article about Hachaverim Shel Barney? Rodney 00:01, October 3, 2009

I bought two articles online from The Jeruselem Report and The Dallas Morning News respectively. They were pay to view articles though, which is why I had to buy them. -- SonicHOG 21:51, October 3, 2009 (UTC)

Hey Drew, you know how every other Barney season has a direct-to-video released after it, i wonder why there wasn't any for season 2? -- 20:36, October 5, 2009 (UTC)

The next best thng was Imagination Island, despite it airing on NBC first. I would add Barney Live, but that was a live performance. Also, just as a bit of advice: when you ask a new question, can you start a new section for it (on this page)? (HINT: Like the heading for this question) -- SonicHOG 02:19, October 6, 2009 (UTC)

Sorry, i'm not good at this so what do i press in order for me to start a new section? -- 23:54, October 8, 2009 (UTC)

Basically, you do two equal signs (=) together, put your text after them and add two more equal signs after all that. (Like so: '==Blah==' (remove the apostrophes though)) Hope that helps. =) -- SonicHOG 01:48, October 9, 2009 (UTC)

Mr. Bigshot

Ooo! You're a Bureaucrat now! I suppose I could ask you for more rights now. But... There would be an downside as well as an upside to this. On the upside, there would be somebody else around who might be able to keep out the riffraff before they caused too much damage. That's about all I would do because I don't have a lot of time to do much else. The downside would be the fact that I'm a total bastard when it comes to administering things - somebody looks at me wrong and it's one strike and you're out. I could really piss some people off, possibly making things worse. Now, I'm not saying that I would block anybody for making mistakes or typos or minor things like that. I think I have a pretty good handle on what constitutes purposeful abuse. It's up to you, maybe somebody else will offer their opinion also. Snork4colin 23:24, October 8, 2009 (UTC)

You know, I think I'll add you as an admin. In fact, that's part of the reason why I asked to be a bureaucrat now (to upgrade you to admin status), in addition to managing the site (as Kazi's not even around really). Besides, I've pissed off a few people already just because I want to keep the site safe. -- SonicHOG 01:45, October 9, 2009 (UTC)

A Barney Home Video that should've been made.

There should've been a Barney Home Video for Season 2. It's not fair that all the other Barney seasons have direct-to-videos released after them and there wasn't any for Season 2. -- 14:58, October 18, 2009 (UTC)

Hey, Season 2 got the biggest Barney live show ever (as well as a TV special). No other season has had such fame. -- SonicHOG 02:28, October 19, 2009 (UTC)

Oh yeah, "Barney Live In New York City", & "Imagination Island". thanks Drew, I forgot about those. But i was thinking they should've made a Barney Home Video in 1993 after season 2 finished. -- 17:25, November 4, 2009 (UTC)

Hey, Drew, check out Barney on my profile.

How much i HATE Youtube.

BarneyandSonic102, Barneyandhisfriends, and battybarney got suspended from Youtube. How could this happen? Some of my favorite Barney episodes are all gone now -- 20:33, November 13, 2009 (UTC)

For some reason, we're breaking copyright laws by posting them. We're not pirates or anything, but Lionsgate (the company that distributes the Barney videos (and HIT's other videos) and most likely the ones who got them suspended) are being jerks. I wouldn't necessarily blame Youtube fully for that. It's more Lionsgate, I believe -- SonicHOG 21:55, November 13, 2009 (UTC)

Yeah, I think it's about time that we should do "DISCLAIMER" video before the episode that we do NOT own anything or infinging copyright. (And I'm not sure IF it's going to work). -- Rodney 01:06, November 13, 2009.

Oh ok. Then I HATE Lionsgate then. Those idiots need to STOP suspending Barney fans from youtube. I wish they never had anything to do with Barney, and I wish there were no copyright laws against any Barney episodes, videos, or DVD's so that you guys can upload whatever you want. -- 22:35, November 13, 2009 (UTC)

Lionsgate is just following the law, but going WAY too far with it. The thing that bugs me is that most of the videos they remove never will be released on DVD (pretty much anything pre-Dean Wendt). A disclaimer video is a nice idea, Rodney. -- SonicHOG 22:48, November 13, 2009 (UTC)

I agree with both of you. Rodney for the disclaimer thing, and Drew for Lionsgate going WAY too far with the law. And besides, i'm sick of hearing Dean Wendt doing Barney's voice. I know he's not a bad actor, but for god sakes he SUCKS as Barney. Bob West, and Duncan Brannan were WAY better than him. -- 23:00, November 13, 2009 (UTC)

Dean Wendt is okay but Bob West and Duncan Brannan are better. --Bigteddy 14:50, December 31, 2009 (UTC)

Lyrick Studios

I wish Lyrick Studios still owned Barney, because they came up with creative ideas for the Barney Franchize especially when they were first called The Lyons Group. Unlike HIT Entertainment whose been putting lazy effort on Barney nowadays. I miss Lyrick Studios. -- 04:32, November 26, 2009 (UTC)

Well, I agree that HIT isn't doing the Barney franchise justice. However, they do a pretty awesome job on somethings (Barney's Jungle Friends was a kickass video in my opinion, as were the bonus features on the Best of Barney DVD (the video wasn't that great however)). Lyrick doesn't even EXIST anymore, due to HIT buying them, so there's no way they could buy Barney back. That said, I feel your pity. My belief, however, is more that HIT doesn't even CARE about the older Barney episodes really (save for airing some of them on Sprout and having clips of them on the "Barney's Favorite Memories" featurette (on the Best of Barney DVD)). --SonicHOG 07:56, November 26, 2009 (UTC)

I saw "Barney's Jungle Friends" on demand, and it was pretty good. Mostly because they brought back some old songs like "The Raindrops Song", "Way Up In A Tree", & "Help Protect The Earth", but i didn't like how they shortened the song "And The Green Grass Grows All Around". But just to get back on topic, I agree that HIT doesn't even care about the old Barney episodes which is really sad. They need to release Seasons 1,2,3,4,5,& 6 on DVD along with the Barney & The Backyard Gang series.-- 14:43, November 26, 2009 (UTC)

Yeah, and the reason why I don't like the Barney's Colorful World Video is because the part where the Barney doll was sitting on the idea bench got cut off along with the intermission and when BJ and Baby Bop came out after the intermission. They should re-released it but no cut-offs and NO PLAY ROOM at the beginning and end. As for old Barney episodes onto a DVD I might try and talk to them on email. (IF I could do it.) --Rodney 06:53, November 26, 2009 (UTC)

Well, at least Barney's Colorful World was actually released on home video. Where the hell is Barney: Let's Go Tour. It's been like 3 years! --Barneyandhisfriends 04:02, December 31, 2009 (UTC)

Indeed, Scott. We've been waiting three F*CKING years for that to be on video, while it's touring in Ireland or somewhere now. >_> --SonicHOG 04:48, December 31, 2009 (UTC)

The reason why they can't release "Barney Live: The Let's Go Tour" is that the song list is incomplete. I saw the show, but I can't remember the songs. And to be honsest, I like HIT's Barney Home Videos better then Lyrick Studios, but they can be lazy. I don't think they can re-release episodes from Seasons 1-2, though, but probably Seasons 3-6. And if I were you guys, I woudn't cuss on wiki. BarneyBJBabyBopandRiffFan May 19, 2011

I kinda think that they should re-release episodes from Seasons 1-2. And for Barney Live: The Let's Go Tour I think they should release it. But no children's playroom at the beginning and end. Rodney16 20:54, May 19, 2011 (UTC)

Acctually, I like Lyrick Studios and HIT Entertainment videos equally. - BarneyBJBabyBopandRiffFan November 23, 2011

Songs that need to be brought back.

There are alot of old Barney songs that really need to be brought back. I'm sick of all the random new songs they come up with nowadays. -- 04:34, December 12, 2009 (UTC)

Actually, they do bring back older songs in the newer episodes. It may be hard to notice, but lots of familiar songs are sung once again (especially in Season 13 (My Family's Just Right for Me, Help Protect the Earth, Pick Up Your Part of the World, etc.)). --SonicHOG

There are also some other songs that should've been brought back in the second Barney generation (Seasons 4, 5, & 6). Songs like "The 3 Little Monkeys Rap", "Sally The Camel", "Apples & Banannas", "Peanut Butter", "The Stranger Song", "Sapasponda", "Hurry Hurry Drive The Firetruck", "Do Your Ears Hang Low?" ect. I'm also pissed off at HIT for removing "The Barney Bag" from the series. How dare they? The Barney Bag was awesome. I also wish "BJ's Song" would return in the future. -- 20:08, December 12, 2009 (UTC)

You mean Sarasponda? Anyway, I agree on how some songs should return and the forced removal of The Barney Bag. Do Your Ears Hang Low is still sung on the show, but very rarely. It's on a personalized Barney CD, as is My Family's Just Right for Me. In addition, they used the tune for "Hurry Hurry Drive the Firetruck" for a song in Let's Go to the Firehouse. Still, it's a shame that most songs that were written for the show and other childrens songs are wasted nowadays. It sucks a lot. --SonicHOG 03:15, December 13, 2009 (UTC)

It really does. If I had a time machine, I'd wish that Lyrick Studios still owned Barney, and that they never gave him away to the evil cluthes of HIT Entertainment and Lionsgate. -- 02:01, December 19, 2009 (UTC)

What's your know account on Youtube?

Hey Drew, It's me, Rodney. Are you planning to make a new account on Youtube? -- Rodney 00:30, December 18, 2009 (UTC)

I'm done with YT

I deleted all my videos and closed my account on YouTube. Pass the word. Obvious reasons - copyright threats & general harassment. Merry F**king Christmas. Snork4colin 23:40, December 18, 2009 (UTC)

Enough said, John. I definately won't be posting on YT for a long time, if at all. Merry f*cking Christmas indeed. --SonicHOG 01:25, December 19, 2009 (UTC)

Does anyone know HIT Entertainment's email? Cause I really want to give them a peace of my mind. -- 01:50, December 19, 2009 (UTC)

You Know Myspace Maybe The Idea To Put Our Videos There You Know.Jeremyallencrispo 02:25, December 19, 2009 (UTC)

YouTube, MySpace, it's all the same. Barney's lawyers will get you eventually. Of course there are ways of sharing things which are less likely to get you into trouble, but for the most part are more trouble than they're worth. Funny thing is, Hit/Lionsgate are just squashing a whole bunch of *free advertising*. My videos had a total of TEN MILLION views when I shut it down. Yeah, it was copyright infringement. Big deal. You couldn't buy the stuff I had on there anyway! But even if a *small fraction* of those TEN MILLION viewers liked what they saw and went out and bought a DVD or plush toy, that's a chunk of change going right into Hit's pocket due to the FREE ADVERTISING. Snork4colin 15:25, December 19, 2009 (UTC)

My point exactly. Most of the original Barney videos/episodes can't even be bought anymore, nor could most of the videos I had on my page (ie: Barney Hebrew Season 2 videos). You can just tell HIT is mostly against nostalgia, as far as Barney goes. --SonicHOG 21:11, December 19, 2009 (UTC)

At least some Barney videos/episodes exist on --Dcelano 21:43, December 19, 2009 (UTC)

You Know Battybarney is on Myspace as Battybarney Jr. and So Is Chris Anthony Jeremyallencrispo 17:37, December 20, 2009 (UTC)

Hi Drew, I've been away from Barney Wiki and Youtube for a while and I am deeply upset to find out how a large majority of the Classic Barney episodes have been deleted from Youtube. I'll just like to say that HIT Entertainment and Lionsgate (whoever) are jerks and I think Drew you've done a cracking job for us Barney fans. Thank you to all the other Youtube users who posted Barney videos - it was great while it lasted. Happy Holidays to you all and a Happy New Year :)--BattyBarney2 23:07, December 23, 2009 (UTC)

Hey Cave,

Great to hear from you again. This time, it was HIT themselves. I understand it's their property and all, but most of the videos I posted were things that you probably would never see anywhere else, like I said. In addition, as John put it, "Hit/Lionsgate are just squashing a whole bunch of *free advertising*." -- SonicHOG 02:05, December 24, 2009 (UTC)

I think we might upload Barney videos/episodes on Isn't that right, Drew? -- Dcelano 11:26, December 24, 2009 (UTC)

That's right... if I can get it to work. --SonicHOG 17:49, December 24, 2009 (UTC)

I agree, I don't know if Hit Entertainment sued Youtube for $600,000,000,000 or HIT is being lazy. That's why I'm not upload Barney episodes on youtube. If Hit DID sued Youtube for $600,000,000,000 I would call that a lawsuit. --Rodney 2:09, December 29, 2009 (UTC)

I Can't believe HIT Entertainment Bought Barney They didn't own it before. --Bigteddy 04:44, December 31, 2009 (UTC)

I have a suggestion. Why not upload your videos to It's out of the way and you wouldn't have HiT harassing you on there. -- PBSTVMan 8:31 Eastern Time, January 18, 2010.

That is a great idea PBSTVMan. Drew put your videos on that way HIT Entertainment won't remove your videos or ban your account. --Bigteddy 01:53, January 19, 2010 (UTC)

Actually, they've owned Barney since 2001. They bought Lyrick Studios and that's how they own him. --SonicHOG 04:47, December 31, 2009 (UTC)

Classic Barney Episodes On DVD

Now I know we have all had thoughts about this but it's about that time we let those lazy jackasses HIT Entertainment and Lionsgate know how much we really want all of Classic Barney Episodes (Seasons 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, & 6) on DVD, and we are not going to stop until they release them. This also goes for all 8 of the Barney And The Backyard Gang videos, we want those on DVD as well. Plus, i'm really bored of all this new crappy episodes that come on. I mean think of some young children that have never seen the classic Barney, and what if they don't have PBS Kids Sprout? They should really think about that. -- 01:31, December 28, 2009 (UTC)

I agree, but I don't think violent protests are going to be the answer. Besides, you never know if they could be planning something behind our backs. Still, I'm for the cause and in addition, I'm sure many kids have seen older Barney videos thanks to VHS tapes and Youtube (pre-HIT's "Copyright-Nazi" attack) and I assume most kids don't mind the difference in voice (Bob West/Duncan Brannan/Tim Dever vs Dean Wendt), unlike us. -- SonicHOG 02:32, December 28, 2009 (UTC)

I know, but still they should release classic Barney episodes on DVD anyway. Besides, they could make alot of money that way. Do you know HIT Entertainment's email by any chance? -- 05:27, December 28, 2009 (UTC)

Well, the new episodes of Barney & Friends are pretty good (except for Season 13 - P.O.S Season). What I think HIT should me more focused on are the home video releases. These home videos are getting worse and worse every year! We got like 7 rereleases this year! Clearly, HIT is only interested in the money and doesn't give a damn about their customers. And what is up with putting 2-3 current Barney & Friends episodes onto a disc and calling that a home video! I was pissed off enough about "Shake your Dino-Tail" back in 2007. Now, we have two more coming up soon. I agree that I would love to see Classic Barney on dvd, but things do not look good for upcoming Barney home videos next year:( --Barneyandhisfriends 04:00, December 31, 2009 (UTC)

Apparently, HIT doesn't realize that the videos for the Barney franchise can't be done like Bob the Builder and Thomas's videos can (multiple episodes on one DVD). Barney's are usually full length specials or extended episodes in a sense (ie: Good Day, Good Night felt like a longer B&F episode (not that it's a bad thing)). I blame the people currently employed working on the Barney franchise (the brand manager and the like, not the producers of the show). --SonicHOG 04:05, December 31, 2009 (UTC)

I agree, besides Hit Entertainment already releaseded "Sing and Dance with Barney", "Outdoor Fun", "Barney's Adventure Bus", "Barney's Imagination Island", "Barney Songs", and "It's Time For Counting" so far. Besides I might agree that Hit Entertainment SHOULD do releases of "The Backyard Show" and other backyard gang episodes. I can even bet it is VERY rare to find seven Backyard Gang videos in SPANISH. -- Rodney 05:03, December 31, 2009 (UTC)

How about Barney's Magical Musical Adventure? That Would Be A Great Idea To Be Put on DVD and It's also A pre1997 Video. Jeremyallencrispo 21:28, December 31, 2009 (UTC)

I think the Colors and Shapes set could be an easy start, as it was already sold (on DVD) in Asia. Rodney, most of the Backyard Gang videos were never released in Spanish. Barney in Concert, Waiting for Santa and (maybe) Barney Goes to School were dubbed, due to their rereleases in the US. --SonicHOG 06:20, January 1, 2010 (UTC)

I would LOVE to see the Spanish version of Barney Goes to School sometimes. It's VERY rare to find it on video. -- Rodney 03:01, January 1, 2010 (UTC)

I agree that HIT should release B&TBYG and classic episodes of B&F on DVD. Sesame Workshop released classic Sesame Street episodes on DVD, so why shouldn't HIT do the same with Barney? I'm getting SO sick and tired of these stupid modern releases! and BTW, I thought that "Waiting for Santa" and "Barney in Concert" were the only Backyard Gang videos dubbed in spanish.Thomas1984 21:15, February 5, 2010 (UTC)

HIT's going in the right direction with Imagination Island's rerelease (some stores didn't get the original DVD release, like Target for example). Still, I totally agree with HIT releasing B&F and the BYG series on DVD. Who knows what they have in store though. -- SonicHOG 22:12, February 5, 2010 (UTC)

Request to put song

Hey SonicHOG can you post the song Better With A Friend the song that's been going on in Season 10 and Season 11. --Bigteddy 04:58, December 31, 2009 (UTC)

You mean, make a page for that song? (It's actually called "A Friend Like You," according to a Barney songbook by Scholastic as well as the Perfectly Platinum CD) I think there's a page for it, but if there isn't, I guess I could make one. --SonicHOG 05:00, December 31, 2009 (UTC)

In you guys' opinions, which modern Barney songs do you think suck? Cause I HATE all the random crappy new songs they come up with nowadays. -- 21:29, December 31, 2009 (UTC)

The ones that bug me are most of the Season 9 debut songs (ie: Everybody has Feelings) and that Mistake song from seasons 10-11. --SonicHOG 03:30, January 2, 2010 (UTC)

I hate those songs too. The only Season 9 debut song I didn't mind was that song "Find The Numbers In Your House". But I really can't stand the song "Exercise Is Good For You", it's like a crappy replacement for "The Exercise Song". Same with that song "Let's Go" being replacement for "The Adventure Song", and "Let's Go On An Adventure". -- 03:46, January 2, 2010 (UTC)

I love that song The Let's Go Song I have it stuck in my head Let's Go Let's Go On An adventure today Let's Go Let's Go We can hardley wait Let's Go Let's Go It's Gonna be so great Let's Go Let's Go Let's Go Let's Go. Let's Go and explore the world each day will bring something new. --Bigteddy 03:52, January 2, 2010 (UTC)

"Find the Numbers in Your House" technically isn't a song that debuted in Season 9 (maybe on the TV show, it was first sung there), rather a song from the album "A Great Day for Learning." I kind of agree on "Exercise is Good for You," but I think Let's Go is a pretty catchy song and I don't think it's meant to replace "Let's Go on an Adventure" or "The Adventure Song," as neither had been sung in years before Let's Go was written. --SonicHOG 03:56, January 2, 2010 (UTC)

Well, yeah actually that song i don't mind, I just wish they'd stop singing "Exercise Is Good For You", and bring back "The Exercise Song". I also don't like how they shorten the songs "And The Green Grass Grows All Around", and "The Having Fun Song". And don't you think they should put the song "Imagine A Place" in a Barney episode for once, cause it has only been sung in a few home videos, and 1 stage show. -- 04:05, January 2, 2010 (UTC)

I totally agree, but hey, bringing them back shortened is better than not bringing them back at all. Also, they've been using songs to replace "The Exercise Song" since Season 7.Anyway, you know what's ironic? Barney & Friends has changed SO much since the nineties, and yet people still diss the show for things that aren't even part of it anymore (for the most part) (example: Songs based off popular childrens tunes). -- SonicHOG 04:12, January 2, 2010 (UTC) (Also, I swear this should be a discussion at my message board, Barney HQ)

Dean Wendt the voice of Barney has Facebook. --Bigteddy 17:48, December 31, 2009 (UTC)

So do a lot of past and present Barney cast and crew members (ie: Sheryl Leach, Bob West, David Joyner, Pia Hamilton (Pia Manalo)) --SonicHOG 17:50, December 31, 2009 (UTC)

Maybe We Should Talk To Sheryl Leach & Pia Manalo-Hamilton About the Boxset Petition. Jeremyallencrispo 18:00, December 31, 2009 (UTC)

That's a good idea. --Bigteddy 18:27, December 31, 2009 (UTC)

I agree that it's a good idea. Sheryl might not be the best person to ask, as she's not with the company anymore, but then again, Stephen White isn't with HIT anymore either (and he signed the petition for the boxset). So, it's a pretty nice idea. One of my friends talked to Pia on Facebook and said that she was a bit upset at what the newer Barney episodes have become (he showed her a clip of them), so I think she'd be on our side. --SonicHOG 19:22, December 31, 2009 (UTC)

Did You See An Article I Did About The Barney Lawsuits? Jeremyallencrispo 19:39, December 31, 2009 (UTC)

BTW What's Pia's Facebook Page Look What? --Jeremyallencrispo 19:41, December 31, 2009 (UTC)

I wonder how Pia felt when she walked onto the set to film the Barney home video "Read with Me, Dance with Me." That Barney voice must have annoyed the hell out of her! --Barneyandhisfriends 02:47, January 1, 2010 (UTC)

I think it was more with the show's current changes more or less, Scott. Oh and Jeremy, no offence, but I couldn't really understand your last comment (also, I saw the page). --SonicHOG 02:51, January 1, 2010 (UTC)

I've added every cast member of Barney I even added the creator I even asked her some questions about next season which will be Season 14 I told her what's Season 14's theme is going to be. --Bigteddy 19:57, January 1, 2010 (UTC)

Again, Sheryl is not the best person to ask about it. After Lyrick Studios was sold, she left the company pretty much. Basically, I doubt she'd know about Season 14, as she's not involved with Barney anymore (and yes, I'm being completely serious). --SonicHOG 22:43, January 1, 2010 (UTC)

Just what is Season 14 going to be about anyway? -- 23:16, January 1, 2010 (UTC)

idk I've haven't gotten a reply yet and SonicHOG why does the credits say Founder/Creator Sheryl Leach. PS can you post a page about Barney Says the one that appears at the end of every episode the one where Barney talked about what they did in the episode. --Bigteddy 23:38, January 1, 2010 (UTC)

Got a reply from Dean Wendt he said that in Season 14 Barney will be teaching kids on how to get ready for school. --Bigteddy 23:52, January 1, 2010 (UTC)

A little more nostalgia, eh? I'm joking a bit, as that's basically what the series has done for most of its run. Still, I can't wait to see this upcoming season. --SonicHOG 02:57, January 2, 2010 (UTC)

Oh and to answer your question, it says "Founder/Creator Sheryl Leach," as she created Barney and the whole franchise in the first place. --SonicHOG 02:59, January 2, 2010 (UTC)

Ok, so when is Season 14 coming out? -- 03:27, January 2, 2010 (UTC)

I'd assume early September, like most of the current seasons. --SonicHOG 03:31, January 2, 2010 (UTC)

Sorry my mistake he said Season 14 will be talking about habitats for people and animals. PS: I like the new Baby Bop costume they used for Season 13. --Bigteddy 03:33, January 2, 2010 (UTC)

Whatever Season 14 is gonna be about I just want It not to take place at the park. Sorry just tired of that setting. --jman96 12:17, January 2, 2010

I hate to burst your bubble jman, but Season 14 will most likely take place in the park. That said, I can't blame you for being tired of the park set. --SonicHOG 07:39, January 2, 2010 (UTC)

I like the park set better than the school set. --Bigteddy 15:27, January 2, 2010 (UTC)

I just don't like it to much. PS. I skipped seasons 9-11. If i watched those seasons, it probably would of gave me more reasons to not like the park set. --User:Jman96 1:16, January 2, 2010

Dude Season 11 was the best season of Seasons 7-13. However, I wish they would change the park more frequently. I mean the school set evolved a lot during the first six seasons. The park definitely needs a new look. And, in terms of Season 14, as long as it is nothing like Season 13, I can't wait for it either:) --Barneyandhisfriends 02:42, January 11, 2010 (UTC)

Since we are on the subject of Facebook I'll just like to say how great it was to see a picture of Bob West after all this time! Also, I'm sort of getting the feeling that Barney is in his last days as the show is/has really losing/lost its touch. BattyBarney2 22:49, January 30, 2010 (UTC)

Barney Says

Hey SonicHOG can you post a new page for Barney Says which featured at the end of every episode where Barney talks about what they did in the episode. --Bigteddy 03:43, January 2, 2010 (UTC)

never mind I did that. --Bigteddy 18:30, January 2, 2010 (UTC)

Season 2

For some reason, I think Season 2 of Barney & Friends should've had 20 episodes instead of just 18. What do you think? -- 18:00, January 2, 2010 (UTC)

Well, I think Season 12 & 13 should've had 20 episodes instead of measly 10. --Barneyandhisfriends 02:33, January 11, 2010 (UTC)

Yeah 10 episodes does not complete a season. --Bigteddy 22:39, January 11, 2010 (UTC)

I totally agree. And as for Season 2, don't get me wrong that season was one of my favorites of Seasons 1-3, but i think they should've added a few more songs in some of the episodes (For example, Stop Look & Be Safe should've added "The Stranger Song", the songs "I Can Do" and "The Baby Bop Hop" should've debuted in I Can Do That, and Grown Ups For A Day should've had the song "When I Grow Up".) -- 02:17, January 12, 2010 (UTC)

"I Can Do" wasn't written at the time and neither was the "Baby Bop Hop." I completely understand about the other songs though. I mean, in the Korean version of "Queen of Make Believe," they sing "What I Want to Be" instead of "I'm a Little Teapot (US) (or having no song at all (almost all the international broadcasts, including Israel's)), so I can see how it could fit. --SonicHOG 23:22, January 12, 2010 (UTC)

Yeah. And earlier when I said that Season 2 should've had a home video special, i ment they should've made another one in 1993. To be honest, "Barney Live In New York City" and "Imagination Island" didn't feel like Season 2 videos. And when i was little I didn't even know that the video "I Love To Read With Barney" even existed, and since it's so hard to find then they should've made another Season 2 home video special thats easy to find. What do you think of the title "Barney's Make Believe Vacation"? I think that would've been an awesome 1993 video. -- 03:27, January 13, 2010 (UTC)

I relaized there's a rareist video called "Barney and Friends Collection The Best of PBS" on amazon. --Rodney 03:04, January 13, 2010 (UTC)

Actually Rodney, it's not that rare. The "Barney & Friends Collection: Best of PBS" thing is just a video four pack of Home Sweet Homes, Barney's Birthday, Best Manners, and Barney Rhymes with Mother Goose. Nothing more. --SonicHOG 23:21, January 13, 2010 (UTC)

"Barney's Make Believe Vacation" should star Barney, Baby Bop, B.J., Min, Kathy, Derek and Shawn --Dcelano 23:31, January 13, 2010

While I like the premise of "Barney's Make Believe Vacation," I think it would be better as a custom video, since a Season 2 video is basically impossible now. Sorry for shattering your dreams though. Still, I love the idea of it. (Also, the name sounds like something HIT would probably use nowadays, for some reason). -- SonicHOG 03:49, January 14, 2010 (UTC)

I wonder why The Lyons Group didn't have time to make this video, cause it would've been awesome. 02:15, January 15, 2010 (UTC)

I'm sure it would have. Keep in mind, Lyons wasn't that big of a company at the time (even with Barney's huge success in the early 90's), so they could only handle so many projects at once. -- SonicHOG 02:32, January 15, 2010 (UTC)

Backyard Gang Books

I was wondering if anyone knew about Barney books based on the Backyard Gang videos. I heard from friends that they existed and if you know about them please tell me about them. PLEASE I WANT TO KNOW!!!!!

PS. I don't know if you could but could someone do a page on them thanks --User:Jman96 2:32 January 2, 2010

I own the Three Wishes book (which I purchased from an Amazon seller), but I've lost it and haven't been able to find it. Sorry --SonicHOG 00:06, January 3, 2010 (UTC)

One more thing, it comes with a read-along tape with the soundtrack to the video that Sandy Duncan sings right? Well does Sandy also sing the Barney theme? User:Jman96 12:32 January 3,2010

My copy was just the book, with out the cassette sadly. I remember borrowing a number of the BYG cassettes from my library many years ago though and you're right for the most part. I believe, other than the Barney theme (which is the exact same as in the videos), Sandy sings all the songs (as herself and as Barney). --SonicHOG 23:46, January 3, 2010 (UTC)

I Never Seen The BYG Books or Cassettes. BTW Look What I Posted On My Photobucket Page. Jeremyallencrispo 19:37, January 5, 2010 (UTC)

What other BYG books and tapes were there, besides Three Wishes? and BTW, did Sandy Duncan REALLY do Barney's voice in some of the songs on the Three Wishes tape? How weird! Thomas1984 02:00, February 2, 2010 (UTC)

I know right. Barney should've done his own voice for the songs. 02:28, February 2, 2010 (UTC)

If I remember correctly, on the cassettes, Sandy sings in place of Barney (not trying to mimic him). For example, on the song "Barney is a Dinosaur" (not to get confused with the Theme Song), the last line is changed to "What's that dinosaur's name?" and the kid chorus shouts "Barney!" I know that the first three videos were book/tape sets and maybe "Barney Goes to School" and "Waiting for Santa" were too. I'm not sure though on the last two. -- SonicHOG 03:41, February 2, 2010 (UTC)

I don't think the final two videos ("Barney in Concert" and "Rock with Barney") were made into book/tape sets, but I do think that two of the three 1990 videos ("Waiting for Santa" and "Barney Goes to School") were. Also, is it me, or did none of the cassettes feature Barney's voice? Was Bob West unavailable or something? Thomas1984 20:15, February 2, 2010 (UTC)

Also, I remember seeing the Three Wishes book and cassette on Ebay a few years ago, and I remember in Barney's Favorite Memories, it showed what I think might have been the cover for The Backyard Show book. I'm not sure, however. Thomas1984 02:22, February 14, 2010 (UTC)

Barney and Friends End Credits

I've added a page about the ending credits on how they looked. --Bigteddy 00:01, January 4, 2010 (UTC)

Well that sucks. I bought the original copy of that video for less than that User:Jman96 8:50, January 9,2010

Hey John, your sarcasm made me laugh pretty hard the other day. XD -- SonicHOG 02:28, January 10, 2010 (UTC)

Barney's Animal ABC's

I haven't seen Barney's Animal ABC's and i probably don't want to, because i hear it's a much worse version of Barney's Alphabet Zoo. -- 00:07, January 10, 2010 (UTC)

Well, it's not that bad. I mean, one huge plus is that it shows real animals (while Barney's Alphabet Zoo just showed drawn pictures and stuffed animals). But, the new song that appears in that home video ("The Animal and Alphabet Matching Game") was by far the best part of the episode. That song is so catchy, and whenever I put it on, I usually just skip to that song on the dvd. Another thing I like more about Animal ABCs (more so than Alphabet Zoo) is they actually go through each letter of the alphabet. There is also more explanation of the animals (Alphabet Zoo did a poor job on any details on the animals). Bottom line, I actually like Animal ABCs better than The Alphabet Zoo) --Barneyandhisfriends 02:30, January 11, 2010 (UTC)

The only parts that really felt rushed in Animal ABC's were aspects of the Spanish dub (literally, they rush through what they say, which is pretty fast. Even for Spanish). Still, I like both videos. --SonicHOG 02:37, January 11, 2010 (UTC)

Ok then i might give it a chance. Did they ever bring back the songs "Sally The Camel", "The Crocodile Song", "The Three Little Monkeys Rap", "The Tiger Song", and "Animals In Motion"? -- 02:02, January 12, 2010 (UTC)

It's pretty obvious they didn't. You see, the video's mostly made up of older episode clips (a la "Dino-Mite (yeah right) Birthday" and the Barney Songs series)--SonicHOG 23:19, January 12, 2010 (UTC)

Let's Grow Sprout DVD

Does anyone know which Barney & Friends episode is on the new PBS Kids Sprout DVD 23:41, January 13, 2010 (UTC)

I got the DVD early at FYE and the episode is Litterbot from Season 11, I think. It's interesting, because not only is this the first time anything past Season 9 has aired on a Sprout thing, but also it's the first time that Riff has been mentioned on Sprout (then again, the DVD was produced by HIT). -- SonicHOG 23:44, January 13, 2010 (UTC)

About Creator

Was Sheryl Leach's Husband which named Richard Leach the executive in charge. --Bigteddy 00:11, January 14, 2010 (UTC)

I believe Richard is her father in law, if I remember correctly. -- SonicHOG 02:31, January 15, 2010 (UTC)

Barney Episodes That Need To Return To Sprout

I'd like for Sprout to bring back all the Barney episodes that were removed. Here are the Barney episodes that Sprout needs to bring back.

  • I Just Love Bugs (Season 1)
  • Falling For Autumn (Season 2)
  • Look at Me I'm Three (Season 2)
  • First Day Of School (Season 4)
  • We've Got Rhythm! (Season 4)
  • Tick Tock Clocks! (Season 4)
  • Waiting for Mr. MacRooney (Season 4)
  • It's Tradition (Season 4)
  • A Picture of Health (Season 4)
  • Play Ball! (Season 4)
  • Good, Clean Fun! (Season 4)
  • Easy, Breezy Day! (Season 4)

  • How Does Your Garden Grow? (Season 6)
  • Here Comes The Firetruck! (Season 6)
  • Ready, Set, Go! (Season 6) 02:48, January 15, 2010 (UTC)

Actually they should just show all the classic Barney episodes (Seasons 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, & 6) and less of Seasons 7, 8, & 9. 02:59, January 15, 2010 (UTC)

I'd definately agree on showing less of Seasons 7-9 (especially 9), but it's up to HIT (and apparently, they have an obsession with those seasons (as well as all other seasons after them). -- SonicHOG 03:51, January 15, 2010 (UTC)

Here's what MY suggestion should be... Show all the classics episodes and season 9 episodes. Besides when they releaseded the "Please and Thank You" video we haven't seen the season 7 episode "Tea-Riffic Manners". -- Rodney 2:03, January 15, 2010 (UTC)

I think Sprout should show Season 10 and 11. --Bigteddy 02:03, January 16, 2010 (UTC)

I tried to send an email to them but they haven't replied yet. 03:36, January 16, 2010 (UTC)

Barney and the Backyard Gang Pictures

I don't suppose if there are Barney and the Backyard Gang if you guys might have them. -- Dcelano 7:44, January 16, 2010 (UTC)

Season 14

I wonder what Season 14 is going to be about I know Season 12 is all about Adventures and Season 13 is all about traveling around the world I wonder what Season 14 will be about. --Bigteddy 01:45, January 18, 2010 (UTC)

I think someone said Dean (Wendt) told them it would be about animals and their habitats. I believe in it's in a section above here. -- SonicHOG 01:48, January 18, 2010 (UTC)

I Don't think so. I mean like I'm saying I don't think that will be the theme. Why did the creator of Barney had to leave the company she had to be in charge who's in charge now. --Bigteddy 01:52, January 18, 2010 (UTC)

I think Dean is a pretty trustworthy guy (after all, he IS Barney (well, the current voice anyway XD)), unless the person who contacted him was lying (I doubt that (s)he was lying about contacting Dean though, since he's on Facebook and all) -- SonicHOG 01:55, January 18, 2010 (UTC)

I think he was lying after all I still don't think that will be the theme. --Bigteddy 01:58, January 18, 2010 (UTC)

Vacations will be a good idea for a theme that's cool. --Bigteddy 02:00, January 18, 2010 (UTC)

That technically was Season 13's theme in a sense (See the video "Let's Go on Vacation" and you'll know what I mean). -- SonicHOG 00:22, January 19, 2010 (UTC)

I really don't understand why each season must have a theme. I wish these newer seasons would be more spontaneous and not force every single episode to have a theme. Barneyandhisfriends 02:14, January 19, 2010 (UTC)

Um, because they're trying to copy Sesame Street? XD Seriously though, I agree with you, Scott. I believe Season 12 got it right on the money (full 30 minute show, bringing back some classic songs, various themes like the old days, Baby Bop wasn't a bitch (like in Season 10), etc.). -- SonicHOG 03:36, January 19, 2010 (UTC)

All I know is Season 14 sucked-ASS big time because they reran older episodes. Even Sesame Street episodes like one is "The Cookie Touch". I kinda hope Season 15 doesn' sucked ass as Season 14 as well. Rodney16 16:55, May 3, 2011 (UTC)

I know right. Why is HiT Entertainment so lazy? I have their phone number, and maybe I could ask if they could bring back some songs, bring back The Barney Bag, and The Adventure Screen. But hopefully Season 15 won't be bad. BarneyBJBabyBopandRiffFan May 3, 2011

According to a friend of mine who's friends with someone who works on the series, they (the show's producers) didn't have time to produce a completely brand new season (for Season 14), as the show's being renovated for Season 15 (I heard about a new set possibly and that Barney might look different) . That said, those ideas you have are the same ones I have (I forgot about the Adventure Screen, though). However, HIT aren't the ones you should contact (they only have the rights to the show and don't over see production per se (Barney has its own production staff)). -- SonicHOG 22:02, May 3, 2011 (UTC)

Does your friend and his/her other friend know what Barney will look like? I think I might know what Season 15's theme will be, though. Probably about how everyone is special because "I Can Do It!" is a preview of what Season 15 will be like. BarneyBJBabyBopandRiffFan May 3, 2011

Classic Barney Episodes Back On WETA Kids

Hey guys, I have an idea. What if we keep on requesting for WETA Kids to rerun the first 6 seasons of Barney & Friends?

And we will keep requesting untill they actually show them. 23:02, January 18, 2010 (UTC)

Well, only HIT can control what PBS airs and doesn't air as far as Barney goes. Contacting PBS stations isn't going to do anything except annoy the station workers. -- SonicHOG 00:20, January 19, 2010 (UTC)

Ok then, what is HIT Entertainment's contact number? 01:05, January 20, 2010 (UTC)

210 Signatures for the Barney & Friends DVD Boxset Petition

We should let HIT Entertainment know that 210 people have signed the Barney & Friends DVD Boxset Petition, and that they should take a break from all these modern releases and focus on the first 6 seasons of Barney & Friends plus the Barney And The Backyard Gang series coming to DVD. Oh and let's not forget the old Barney home videos, we want those on DVD as well. 23:46, January 24, 2010 (UTC)

Especially since they have ALREADY released some of them (Barney Songs, Imagination Island, It's Time For Counting, etc.). If I only knew the right people at HIT to contact, I would gladly give you their email address(es). -- SonicHOG 01:26, January 25, 2010 (UTC)

Hey Drew wasn't there a Barney song called Pop The Bubbles. --Bigteddy 23:59, January 26, 2010 (UTC)

If you mean the song that has the lyrics "Pop the bubbles as you blow....," then that song is actually called "Numbers, Numbers!" Otherwise, I don't think there was a song like that (unless you mean the song "Bubbles" ("...Bubbles, Bubbles. Bub Bubbly, Bubbles. I like the part when they pop in the air...")) -- SonicHOG 02:05, January 27, 2010 (UTC)

No It was just use your numbers, numbers count em here and count em there we count with numbers everwhere. --Bigteddy 02:11, January 27, 2010 (UTC)

Oh yeah i remember that song. It first appeared in "Count Me In". But they say "Count the bubbles as you blow...." 02:35, January 27, 2010 (UTC)

Exactlly it first appeared in "Gone Fishing". I think cause I remember hearing that song in that episode. --Bigteddy 02:48, January 27, 2010 (UTC)

No that was "S-M-I-L-E". 02:51, January 27, 2010 (UTC)

And I also remember that they were playing with bubbles as well in that episode. --Bigteddy 02:56, January 27, 2010 (UTC)

WHAT?!!! Someone has got to upload it on youtube! Rodney 00:04, January 27, 2010 (UTC)

I believe it's a contestant in a Barney suit (from what I've heard on the web), but I'll still record it for sure. By the way, did you know Erica Rhodes (Kim) is trying out/tried out for this season? -- SonicHOG 20:40, January 27, 2010 (UTC)

All I know is Neil Patrick Harris who play Barney on HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER. I found it out on Wikiepedia.

And get this, the girl who played Kim was just on Idol and she's going to Hollywood. 01:31, January 28, 2010 (UTC)

Barney made a cameo saying And remember I Love You in Bob West's voice. --Bigteddy 01:36, January 28, 2010 (UTC)

And you'll see Barney himself later. 01:42, January 28, 2010 (UTC)

Never mind, I thought Barney would show up there, but no. It was the girl who played Kim. 02:05, January 28, 2010 (UTC)

I saw the episode. I loved the Barney cameo bit. Maybe a costumed Barney will be in a future Dallas audition. -- SonicHOG 02:30, January 28, 2010 (UTC)

Barney had Bob West's voice in the cameo with the current Barney costume. --Bigteddy 03:23, January 28, 2010 (UTC)

Did You Notice That Stephen White (The Barney Writer) Appear As A Contestanrt On Match Game Before He Started His Work On Barney & Friends? I Seen It On His Website Jeremyallencrispo 15:09, February 7, 2010 (UTC)

I can't believe Erica Rhodes (Kim) didn't make it to the top on American Idol. She had such a good voice. 05:38, February 10, 2010 (UTC)

She didn't make it? That sucks. I guess the whole outfit and whip creeped the country out a little too much (not to mention the whole bias against Barney in real life). -- SonicHOG 05:56, February 10, 2010 (UTC)

Imagination Island

Why are they releasing "Imagination Island" on DVD again? It's ALREADY out. 22:53, January 29, 2010 (UTC)

It's a trend HIT's doing these days (rereleasing old Barney videos that were already on DVD (ie: "Night Before Christmas" and "Be My Valentine, Love Barney"). Besides, at least it's a classic video. =D Also, the current Imagination Island DVD is only sold at certain places, so this could make it available to more people -- SonicHOG 23:06, January 29, 2010 (UTC)

"Barney's Night Before Christmas", and "Be My Valentine Love Barney" are also classics, but they need to cut it out with the rereleases on Barney DVD's that already exist, and just respond to our requests already. The Barney And The Backyard Gang Series, and the first 6 seasons of Barney & Friends is what we really want on DVD right now. But they should rerelease "Barney Songs" but this time they should put back the songs they took out ("Look Through The Window", "Who Took The Cookies?", and "Little Red Caboose") They should also add "Riding In The Car" (before the car medley) , and "Buckle Up My Seatbelt". 02:48, January 30, 2010 (UTC)

Well, I agree it was unnecessary to cut the songs in "Barney Songs," but adding the extra songs is not really necessary either. What I meant by classics (although those would techincally fall under my usual definition) were videos pre-1997 (mainly ones not already on DVD). Who knows if HIT are responding to us or not. After all, it DOES take time to make a video. If Imagination Island appears in theatres, like Jungle Friends and Night Before Christmas, I'm DEFINATELY going to go see it. -- SonicHOG 04:14, January 30, 2010 (UTC)

They were in theaters? I did not know that. The only Barney movie i ever saw was "Barney's Great Adventure". But yeah i'd also like to see those in theaters. 20:04, January 30, 2010 (UTC)

And when HIT releases Seasons 1, 2, & 3 on DVD, there are some edits they could make. For all the Season 1 episodes, all the Season 2 episodes, and all the Season 3 episodes during the "I Love You" song, they should edit them by making Barney go solo on the first verse. Same goes for "Barney's Fun & Games", and "Barney's Talent Show". Also during "The Barney Bag Song" in Season 2, it should re-use the same arrangement from Season 1. Also for the episode "An Adventure In Make Believe" during the song "Just Imagine", they should edit it by making Barney go solo on the first verse, and use the same arrangement from "Imagination Island". Same with the reprise version, and for the song "Jungle Adventure". But for Seasons 4, 5, & 6, they can just leave them the way they were. 01:13, January 31, 2010 (UTC)

Barney already goes solo in some Season 1-3 episodes, so it would be pointless. Besides, most people would want to see the episodes the same way they aired on PBS, with out edits and all. And yes, Jungle Friends and Night Before Christmas were shown in certain movie theatres in the past two years -- SonicHOG 07:04, January 31, 2010 (UTC)

You know, since they used the 1991 version of Everyone is Special from Season 1 my suggestion is when HIT releases Season 1 they shoud re-dubbed "Everyone is Special" (the music will sound like the 1995 reprint of Barney in Concert) with the current lyrics from today. -- Rodney 00:54, January 31, 2010 (UTC)

Ok Drew. The only reason why i said that was because I got so use to hearing Barney go solo during "I Love You" in all the Season 4-6 episodes and the current seasons, (Season 7-present) that maybe they should do that for Seasons 1-3. But yeah they can just leave them be. 03:42, February 1, 2010 (UTC)

Dean Wendt

Dean Wendt accepted my friend request on Facebook. and he said that they finished filming Season 14. --Bigteddy 22:58, January 29, 2010 (UTC)

Hey Drew I was wondering which Barney Video was Shawn's last appearance. --Bigteddy 03:48, January 30, 2010 (UTC)

I think it was either Once Upon a Time or 1-2-3-4 Seasons. -- SonicHOG 04:04, January 30, 2010 (UTC)

What about Tosha and Min and Jason. --Bigteddy 10:24, January 30, 2010 (UTC)

Tosha, I believe, is in the same boat as Shawn (either OUaT or 1234S.). Jason's last appearance was in Barney's Fun and Games. As for Min, I would say Kids for Character's Barney skit, if that counts (it was exclusive for the video and all). -- SonicHOG 04:03, January 31, 2010 (UTC)

Wait. Jason also appeared in Sensational Day with Tosha so that might be their last appearance on video. -- Rodney 03:01, January 31, 2010 (UTC)

Well, Shawn's last appearance is in "Once Upon a Time," Min's last appearance is in "Fun & Games," and Tosha and Jason's last appearances were in "Barney's Sense-Sational Day," but Tosha, Min, and Jason would later appear in Sing and Dance with Barney. BarneyBJBabyBopandRiffFan April 22, 2011

Bob West Fan Page

If you don't already know, Bob West has recently created a facebook group for fans of the original dino voice. It's great! I don't know about you guys but its the first time I've seen pictures of the voices of Baby Bop, BJ and of course Barney himself! BattyBarney2 11:54, January 31, 2010 (UTC)

I can't seem to find the group. Do you know the name of it, Cave? Also, I've seen pics of Bob and Julie (Johnson), but I haven't seen one of Patty Wirtz. -- SonicHOG 15:30, January 31, 2010 (UTC)

Here's the link to the group, hope it works: 18:09, January 31, 2010 (UTC)

Thanks, it did. It's a very nice page. Had I know it was a fan page and not an actual group, I might have been able to find it. :P -- SonicHOG 19:33, January 31, 2010 (UTC)

Oh yeah sorry I didn't realise lol 19:58, January 31, 2010 (UTC)

Barney's Great Adventure - The Movie

This was an awesome movie, but do you guys think it would've been alot more awesome if they added a few more Barney songs to make it feel more like a Barney movie? In my opinion here are some songs that should've been added in this film.

The "Barney Theme Song", "Do Your Ears Hang Low?" (we should've gotten to hear Barney and the girls sing this song before Cody barged in), "Count The Stars", "The Adventure Song", "What Makes A Flower So Pretty?", "And The Green Grass Grows All Around", "The Library", "The Marching Song", "My Yellow Blankey", "BJ's Song", "The Airplane Song", "The Rainbow Song", "Trying On Dreams", & "Everyone Is Special". Remember this is my opinion of what songs should've been added in this movie. 03:57, February 1, 2010 (UTC)

Then it will be a musical movie. I think -- Rodney 00:03 February 1, 2010 (UTC)

According to Stephen White, most of the Barney production team didn't even WORK on Great Adventure. Basically, the crew that did work on it had no clue about the franchise (at least, in his opinion). -- SonicHOG 00:42, February 3, 2010 (UTC)

Lyrick Studios Videos

Where is it possible to find the Season 5 Barney episodes that were released on video? Cause i want to buy them. 00:32, February 3, 2010 (UTC)

They were never released publicly. They were videos that went to PBS stations, I believe. -- SonicHOG 00:40, February 3, 2010 (UTC)

Then how did that youtube user get them? 00:46, February 3, 2010 (UTC)

That, my friend, is a magical site called eBay. XD -- SonicHOG

Oh, Duh. I know about ebay. I'm checking right now to see how much they cost. 00:50, February 3, 2010 (UTC)

They're very hard to find. Some former Lyrick employee was selling them, I believe. And snork4colin, a (former) member of Youtube, (as well as this site) bought them. -- SonicHOG 02:52, February 3, 2010 (UTC)

Oh. It would be nice if we both had all 16 of those videos (counting "Howdy Friends" although it was released on Barney Home Video). The only season 5 episodes i have on video are "Howdy Friends", and "What's In A Name?". They should've also put the episodes "Barney's Band", "Colors All Around", "A Very Special Mouse", & "A Picture Of Friendship" on Barney Home Video. I also think it would've been awesome if they had made videos like that for Season 4 and Season 6. 04:02, February 3, 2010 (UTC)

BYG Barney Dolls

I remember seeing a Barney doll that looked similar to the ones used in some of the later "Backyard Gang" videos. I have also heard that you could only get it if you joined the Barney Fan Club, and that there are other versions of this doll (that look different from this version). Could someone PLEASE tell me about these dolls? I really wanna know! Thomas1984 01:04, February 4, 2010 (UTC)

I just want to know if there was a BYG Doll release without a closed mouth. Jman96 6:06, February 5, 2010 (UTC)

There is a BYG doll (though not based on the doll from the series) released by Gund with an open mouth, which you probably wouldn't think it's Barney (the tag says otherwise however). -- SonicHOG 17:56, February 7, 2010 (UTC)

All those kids that you saw in the audience of Barney in Concert that had BYG dolls, well were all those kids a part of the Barney Fan Club or did they isuse them out at the concert?-- Jman96 5:11, February 7, 2010 (UTC)

I believe the dolls were sold at Neiman Marcus stores as well, since Lyons had an exclusive deal with them for a "Barney Boutique." -- SonicHOG 18:44, February 8, 2010 (UTC)

What about the bootleg versions of the doll? Thomas1984 19:20, February 8, 2010 (UTC)

I guess they were carnival prizes. I'm not sure though -- SonicHOG 21:28, February 8, 2010 (UTC)

I'm still going on ridiculus searches on ebay everyday to get a BYG doll. Jman96 10:28, Feburary 9, 2010 (UTC)

I think I remember seeing a BYG doll in the play area of the kids room at my library many years ago. I think it was the one made by Dakin. Thomas1984 16:51, February 13, 2010 (UTC)

Thomas1984 Are You Talking About The Closed Mouth BYG Doll, The BYG Doll With White Feet And White Mouth Or The Bootleg Version? Jeremyallencrispo 20:11, February 13, 2010 (UTC)

I'm talking about the one with the closed mouth made by Dakin. Thomas1984 20:23, February 13, 2010 (UTC)

I also remember seeing the bootleg version (the one with the yellow bow-tie) during a "Picture Day" at my old elementary school. However, through out my life, I don't think I remember EVER seeing the doll made by Gund (I think it's the one with the white mouth and white feet) anywhere besides the internet. Thomas1984 02:08, February 14, 2010 (UTC)

There was actually more than one bootleg version of the BYG doll. I have one where the doll has green (yes, green) eyes, but it looks more like the actual doll overall. Also, the Gund one actually has some yellow on his foot, although it's more of a paint "fade/disfusion" effect than actually sewing dots. -- SonicHOG 02:19, February 14, 2010 (UTC)

Is there any way you can put a picture of it on here? By the way does anybody notice that Goes to School & Campfire Sing-Along uses different BYG dolls because I point that out to some people and they just don't seem notice it. Jman96 21:20, February 14, 2010 (UTC)

Barney's Big Surprise On DVD

They should put "Barney's Big Surprise" on DVD since i keep seeing the soundtrack in stores. 00:24, February 5, 2010 (UTC)

Song Lists

Can you tell me the song lists for the following episodes:

"Hidden Treasues"

"A Very Special Mouse"

"Excellent Exercise"

"Good Job"

& "Bunches of Boxes?"

What Would I Do Without My Teeth?

Hey Drew, you know that Barney song called "What Would I Do Without My Teeth?" that was sung in the episode "Brushing Up On Teeth", which other episodes have that song? 03:17, February 12, 2010 (UTC)

No other episodes have that song to my knowlege - SonicHOG 03:18, February 12, 2010 (UTC)

I think a Season 9 episode had "What Would I Do Without My Teeth" called "My Friends, The Doctor, and Dentist". 00:43, Rodney February 12, 2010 (UTC)

Baby Bop Through The Years

I didn't see any foam in Baby Bop hands in Season 13. I keep having to revert his edits now I'm tired. --Bigteddy 22:27, February 12, 2010 (UTC)

That person, I believe, spams this site quite a bit. So I understand how you feel. -- SonicHOG 23:07, February 12, 2010 (UTC)

Same here, when i typed in my opinions on the Barney Song Suggestions page of which songs should've been used in a certain episode/video, that same person deleted half the songs i listed. So yeah i feel your pain. 00:00, February 13, 2010 (UTC)

Yeah IP should be blocked. --Bigteddy 00:24, February 13, 2010 (UTC)

Yup, oh by the way Drew, do you by any chance have any cast photos of Season 5 & Season 6? 00:39, February 13, 2010 (UTC)

We have another spammer he deleted Season 12 and Barney & Friends End Credits and put Barney is a d**k and a f**king piece of s**t his user name is Jello10. --Bigteddy 19:17, February 13, 2010 (UTC)

That spammer obviously hates Barney. Thomas1984 19:20, February 13, 2010 (UTC)

He needs to be blocked right away. --Bigteddy 19:25, February 13, 2010 (UTC)

I totally agree! Thomas1984 19:26, February 13, 2010 (UTC)

If he hates Barney then why the fuck is he on this fuckin page to begin with. He needs to go find a different wiki page and STOP spamming this one. 21:33, February 13, 2010 (UTC)

I agree with Jello10 should be blocked. He got rid of the page I created. --Bigteddy 21:51, February 13, 2010 (UTC)

BTW he also deleted the page I created Barney & Friends End Credits is there a way that we can get it back. Because it doesn't let me. --Bigteddy 02:55, February 14, 2010 (UTC)

I can recover the page if it makes you feel better, Bigteddy. -- SonicHOG 22:02, February 16, 2010 (UTC)

The page has been recovered already by Rodney. --Bigteddy 22:24, February 16, 2010 (UTC)

Oh OK. You know, he does a great job at helping me keep this site together. Of course, so do you guys. ^_^ -- SonicHOG 23:33, February 16, 2010 (UTC)

Thanks Drew we should become Administrators when you're not available when you're not online so we can take care of the situation. --Bigteddy 01:41, February 17, 2010 (UTC)

Well, I can make you and Rodney admins. As for 173.66...., he needs to get a real account if he wants to help run the site. Thanks for offering Bigteddy.-- SonicHOG 01:43, February 17, 2010 (UTC)

How are you gonna do that. --Bigteddy 01:51, February 17, 2010 (UTC)

I have the ability to do that, being a site owner (or breaucrat or something of that sort). I just made you an admin, FYI -- SonicHOG 01:54, February 17, 2010 (UTC)

Thanks Drew whenever you're not here and there is a spammer I'll take care of it. --Bigteddy 01:56, February 17, 2010 (UTC)

Hey guys whats up? Here's my real username. OldSchoolFan240 03:02, February 17, 2010 (UTC)

Barney Back On Youtube

I really wish HIT would reconsider and allow Barney fans to upload Barney episodes, videos, DVD's, and CD's back on youtube, cause i'm getting really bored. 01:25, February 14, 2010 (UTC)

It sucks, but the fact we were uploading videos is apparently against copyright laws, although we weren't making a single cent from it. Ironically, Disney (another "uptight about copyright" company) hasn't removed Hannah Montana or Wizards of Waverly Place episodes. -- SonicHOG 02:15, February 14, 2010 (UTC)

Would they mind if they mind if you guys made your own Barney websites for watching Barney? 02:18, February 14, 2010 (UTC)

What about if we ask YouTube for permission will that work. --Bigteddy 02:51, February 14, 2010 (UTC)

I don't think it will. YouTube doesn't have any control over copyright stuff, you see. They just delete stuff, because companies request it (at least, most of the time). -- SonicHOG 07:00, February 14, 2010 (UTC)

I hope they wouldn't mind you guys making your own Barney websites like bobbyskids did his. 04:01, February 15, 2010 (UTC)

That's an awesome idea --Bigteddy 04:05, February 15, 2010 (UTC)

Clever idea, but I also want to make a site where other people can upload videos as well. Bobby's site is nice and it's great for nostalgia, but what I want to do is actually make a video community (a la YouTube/Veoh/DailyMotion/etc.) -- SonicHOG 18:34, February 15, 2010 (UTC)

That's a cool suggestion, and this time you guys should put sections for each Barney episode or home video depending on what the lessons are about. For example, the episode "An Adventure In Make Believe" would go in the Imagination section. OldSchoolFan240 04:44, February 21, 2010 (UTC)

So Drew, when exactly will the website be ready, and what will you name it? OldSchoolFan240 04:44, February 21, 2010 (UTC)

Well, I'm not sure when a site would be ready. Besides, I was just throwing what I would like for a Barney video site. If I could make it, I definately would. -- SonicHOG 05:37, February 21, 2010 (UTC)

About S-M-I-L-E

Hey Drew did you know that the song S-M-I-L-E is simiular to the song The Battle Hymn of the Republic. --Bigteddy 02:59, February 14, 2010 (UTC)

Yeah, I did. It's to the same tune. -- SonicHOG 06:59, February 14, 2010 (UTC)

Rare Barney cassettes I found on Ebay

I was just on Ebay and I saw 2 RARE Barney audio cassettes: "Barney in Concert" (not the Time Life one) and "Rock with Barney". Both of the tapes are white, and have the old "Barney Home Video" logo on them. Does anybody know whether these cassettes came with Barney VHS tapes in the early '90's (since they have the BHV logo on them)? Thomas1984 01:43, February 20, 2010 (UTC)

I tried to get them, but I lost the auction. Now they're probably going to end up in storage or some crap like that. Had I won it, I would've recorded the tracks to the computer and posted them. SonicHOG 03:57, February 27, 2010 (UTC)

Season 3

Hey Drew I was wondering. Is Juan, Carlos' Brother. --Bigteddy 03:30, February 20, 2010 (UTC)

On the show, he was. In real life, the actors are not brothers. -- SonicHOG 17:08, February 20, 2010 (UTC)

I can tell because in Season 3 Episode If The Shoe Fits They were arguing about something. And I know brothers do that. --Bigteddy 18:32, February 20, 2010 (UTC)

Were there any other episodes that had the same concept as that episode? OldSchoolFan240 02:11, February 21, 2010 (UTC)

It kinda shocks me that even though the characters Carlos and Juan are brothers, they only appeared together in "If the Shoe Fits..." and "Anyway you Slice It" Barneyandhisfriends 03:09, February 22, 2010 (UTC)

The Best Of Barney

Hey Drew Did Stella bring the door she travels with in The Best Of Barney and did they remodel that door or is it still the same as Season 3-6. --Bigteddy 16:39, February 21, 2010 (UTC)

In the Best of Barney, she does appear via the door (like in her previous appearances). To me, the door is either the door they used in Seasons 3-6 or a very good replica ofit. -- SonicHOG 01:59, February 22, 2010 (UTC)

Three Wishes Deluxe Package

I was on amazon and I came across "Barney: Three Wishes Deluxe Package". What is it?-- Jman96 20:43, February 24, 2010 (UTC)

Barney Website

Hey Drew I wanna know when that Barney website is gonna be ready dude I really want to see those videos for Season 1 to 13. And what's the name gong to be. --Bigteddy 01:04, February 26, 2010 (UTC)

And when it it ready, make sections for each episode/video that has the same concept with one another.

For example, Barney episodes that have to do with "Being Special" would be

  • Venice Anyone?: Italy
  • The Reluctant Dragon: A Fairy Tale Adventure
  • The Best In Snow / The Chase
  • The Things I Can Do / Differences
  • Glad To Be Me / Arts
  • Welcome Cousin Riff / Special Skills
  • All About Me
  • A Little Big Day
  • You Are Special
  • You've Got To Have Art
  • The One And Only You
  • Trading Places
  • A Different Kind Of Mystery
  • Twice Is Nice
  • Room For Everyone
  • Barney Live In New York City
  • A Very Special Delivery
  • Picture This
  • Everyone Is Special (episode)
  • Barney In Concert OldSchoolFan240 01:49, February 26, 2010 (UTC)

Guys, I was only giving out my ideas for a site. I didn't say I could build it personally (at the moment, anyway). Still, I like the ideas you guys have (although Barney Live wouldn't exactly fit in the "Being Special" category. In addition, who says there can't be more than one category?) -- SonicHOG 05:48, February 26, 2010 (UTC)

Sorry Drew I thought you were making a website about Barney actually how do you make a website anyway. --Bigteddy 23:55, February 26, 2010 (UTC)

Big Huge Dinosaur Size Problem

Hey Drew we have a big huge problem with the Barney's Fun and Games page a big huge spammer edited to whole page and added songs that weren't even on the video he even deleted all the songs and added his own I suspended and blocked the IP for a year I need some help of getting the songs back where they belong. --Bigteddy 03:05, March 4, 2010 (UTC)

About Barney and Friends

Hey Drew how do they make BJ, Baby Bop and Riff disappear when they're about to leave. --Bigteddy 14:57, March 6, 2010 (UTC)

I would assume it's a fade effect with some sparkles added. -- SonicHOG 15:30, March 6, 2010 (UTC)

So with the fade effect and the sparkles is only for the viewers at home right. --Bigteddy 18:56, March 7, 2010 (UTC)

You know, Mikey, I'm not sure. I think it's a pure coincidence that he had Mikey in his username. Either that or he WAS trying to be you (It's possible, after all). Anyway, you're welcome on banning him. He was just plain screwing up the wiki. -- SonicHOG 03:14, March 22, 2010 (UTC)

Hey, Drew, I just want to let you know that 216 people have signed your Barney & Friends DVD Boxset petition. (UPDATE: 217 now!) Alex1996 14:43, March 28, 2010 (UTC)

Here's how the current Barney generation should be like

In my opinion, here's how the current Barney generation should be like, Lyrick Studios would still exist and they would still own it all, and they would still make awesome new songs and keep all the old ones, and NO crappy replacements. Plus the series would take place in Barney's house and they'd probably make a playground set near it, plus the clubhouse from "My Party With Barney", and they'd keep using The Barney Bag. Also they'd still care about all the previous episodes and videos they made. Also, Duncan Brannan would be the current voice of Barney (without Tim Dever) with the same Barney costume from "Come On Over To Barney's House", and to be honest, no Riff. Yeah, to be honest the series would be better off with just 3 dinos (Barney, Baby Bop, & B.J.) like before. What do you guys think about all this? 15:29, March 29, 2010 (UTC)

God, I miss the good old days without Riff. But anyway I like most of it (i'll pass on it being at Barney's house). Jman96 8:46, March 30, 2010 (UTC)

Yeah. Riff is so f--kin' annoying. But how come you didn't like the idea of Barney's house? Cause in my opinion thats what the current Barney generation should've been like. 17:33, March 30, 2010 (UTC)

Guys, I agree with most of the ideas. However, killing off Riff isn't worth it. He may seem annoying at first, but he grows onto you (at least, that's what happened in my case). That and the obvious "Lyrick Studios isn't coming back" thing. :P Still, I like your ideas and fully agree with a lot of them. In addition to that, I would like to see BJ and Baby Bop with their original personalities (pre-2006, that is), meaning I want Baby Bop to not seem like a bitch and BJ to actually be taken seriously (he's only used for comic relief these days, it seems). It seems like the Barney franchise is going to die if no one manages to save it (It's like even HIT doesn't give a f--k about it, as it does with Thomas and Bob the Builder (Thomas fans claim HIT ruined the Thomas franchise, like what we say with Barney)). Back on topic though, if HIT could do that (which they probably won't), it would be great. Oh and on the voice thing, Duncan Brannan is a great actor, but I say anyone who can do Barney's famous chuckly voice well could be a better suited actor than Dean (even I can do Barney better than Dean can, in my mind).

Also, this would be better suited on my message board "Barney HQ" ( These talk pages aren't usually for discussions like this and a message board works much better for this kind of thing. -- SonicHOG 17:48, March 30, 2010 (UTC)

Is there any other way we can get HIT to stop ignoring the old school Barney episodes (Seasons 1-6) ? Cause i think they are trying to torture us on purpose with all these crappy new episodes. 16:29, April 1, 2010 (UTC)

I don't think they're trying to torture us at all. Rather that they're trying to make a quick buck (like most companies) and appeal to their target audience, which will accept ANYTHING with the purple fella's smiling mug on it. We're not their top priority, you see. Still, Lyrick at least made items that would fit older fans (shirts and such) and while targeting young kids mostly, they still appealed to fans of all ages. Sure, Barney's a simple show, but it's been turned into something it's not (a show that is a mere shadow of what it once was), lately. -- SonicHOG 16:38, April 1, 2010 (UTC)

Hey, Drew! :) Remember Me? I'm dhill from YouTube. :) -- Dhillrocks

Hey dhill, great to see you. Next time though, could you please add your signature? -- SonicHOG 20:45, April 9, 2010 (UTC)

Hi, I've got a question based on the "Barney Says" segment from Seasons 1-3. When the episodes from Seasons 1-3 reran in the late 1990s, wasn't the Barney Says cut out and went straight to the credits? Dhillrocks 21:27, April 16, 2010 (UTC)

I was thinking about the same thing. --Bigteddy 22:04, April 16, 2010 (UTC)

Hey Drew This is not about Barney Are you going to watch the Sesame Street Special When Families Grieve. --Bigteddy 18:19, April 12, 2010 (UTC)

Barney Episodes

Hey, Drew. I heard you were going to make a site where you can post barney episodes. Dhillrocks 13:34, April 17, 2010 (UTC)

Stupid Spammers

I hate these f***ing spammers they keep putting their own stuff into pages. --Bigteddy 04:02, April 24, 2010 (UTC)

Don't we all? Mikey, they just want to add their own crap and ruin the site (some may unintentionally do so, but still) - SonicHOG 04:37, April 24, 2010 (UTC)

If All The Raindrops

Hey Drew, would it be alright if we edited the page for "If All The Raindrops", cause there were some stuff i wanted to add in. 04:48, May 2, 2010 (UTC)

Barney Back On Youtube

So I guess Barney episodes are allowed to be on youtube again? 04:48, May 2, 2010 (UTC)

It's not that. Batty(barney) is just challenging Youtube's policies, in my opinion. I'd still highly appose to uploading episodes there. -- SonicHOG 04:50, May 2, 2010 (UTC)

OMG really finally we get to watch Barney episodes on YouTube. --Bigteddy 12:27, May 2, 2010 (UTC)

What's That Shadow

I was wondering if anyone is going to re-upload What's That Shadow because that was one of my favorite episodes when I was little and I would love it if anyone can upload it. Thanks!

Custom Barney Episodes

How come the custom Barney episodes have been removed? 04:08, May 29, 2010 (UTC)

this is a wiki for REAL barney stuff, all that stuff is fake and it was spamming the whole wiki with custom stuff made every second

i think theyre stupid -- Pab

I want to put my answer in a kinder way. It was a very hard decision, but I want this site to be a credible source for real Barney info. That said, I liked some of the custom episodes (others were rubbish, though). -- SonicHOG

Season 14

Hey the Season 14 episodes are not gonna air in September might air in October but if it doesn't maybe next year unless Season 13 was the last. --Bigteddy 16:34, July 27, 2010 (UTC)

You didn't see that Season 14 didn't confirm new stuff.

Barney dolls

Sorry about the Barney doll mayhem, but the reason that I am uploading all of them is because some of the dolls used in seasons 1-3 are used in different forms and facial designs. For one example, there is a different Barney doll used in "Going Places" and the opening scene for "Hop to It!" And I want you to put some of the "alternate" Barney dolls onto the Barney Dolls Through The Years page so it can have more information. Leave a message if you understand. Thanks! - Drillbit Taylor

I know they use multiple dolls, but we don't need to document every one. I think one thing for each doll (the coproduction dolls will be included, despite being based off of the one from Seasons 4-6) will work just fine. -- SonicHOG 00:49, August 6, 2010 (UTC)

Here are some images for you to put on the Barney Dolls Through the Years page.Let me know how you feel. Thanks! Drillbit Taylor 10:18, September 7, 2010 (UTC)

Barney Rereleases

Should we get rid of "Let's Go to the Beach" on the Home Video page, since there are no other rereleases on the page?Barneyandhisfriends 20:47, April 30, 2011 (UTC)

Personally, I'd keep it, as there are subtle differences compared to Beach Party (Bonus features for one thing. XD). But really, it's up to you. -- SonicHOG 02:43, May 1, 2011 (UTC)

ABOUT MrSmartyMax

Look Jvg, SmartyMax wasn't trying to piss you off. He's just keeping the site as accurate as it can be. I understand how it's frustrating, but he means well. -- SonicHOG 21:08, May 5, 2011 (UTC)

I know. You really wish to stop him while things were supposed to be where they were.

Again, he's not doing anything wrong. I know it's frustrating (trust me, if I were in your spot, I'd be pissed too), but everyone here is just trying to make this site the best it can be. In other words, no one's trying to upset one another intentionally. -- SonicHOG 02:20, July 20, 2011 (UTC)

Look, I wish he'd relax, stop & think rather than fight with every Ibutor-Contray.

He's making all these redirects withou any rhyme or reason, saying that they make more sense if Three Wishes is spelled with a number rather than the word. MrSmartyMax 00:28, May 5, 2011 (UTC)

Is there a way to make it stop?

I talked to Jvg on his page explaining that you weren't trying to piss him off and were just managing the site. -- SonicHOG 21:09, May 5, 2011 (UTC)

A Day in the Park with Barney

Hey Drew, have you been to "A Day in the Park with Barney"? It's an attraction at Universal Studios Florida. I saw the show, and it's really cool (I might go back again sometime this year). BarneyBJBabyBopandRiffFan May, 10, 2011

I've seen it a number of times over the years (Most recently back in late March). If I had a chance to go back, I'd take it in a heart beat. -- SonicHOG 17:07, May 15, 2011 (UTC)

Do you remember how much it cost to get into Universal, because everytime I look up how much how much, it doesn't show. BarneyBJBabyBopandRiffFan May 22, 2011

If I remember correctly, it's in the upper double-digits (I don't remember the exact number) to get into the park (It may cost more to stay at an on-site hotel (one to two hundred bucks per night), but the express pass is worth it, if you check out some of the more popular attractions. It also gets you a front row view of the preshow for A Day in the Park). -- SonicHOG 02:25, May 23, 2011 (UTC) (PS, an easier way to do signatures is to put four tildes/squiggly marks (~) together. That's how I do mine. ^.^)

He's messing up the BJ page; I left a message saying to leave us alone, but they wouldn't listen --MrSmartyMax 00:25, May 19, 2011 (UTC)

Come on! He's changing my page, and calling me gay, and he says that I "do" kids! Do I look like that kind of a guy? --MrSmartyMax 01:35, May 19, 2011 (UTC)

Anyway You Slice It

Is there a place to find this eposide? I could call HIT Entertainment, i KNOW Thier number.

Hi, Drew. This is Supergodzilla. Just decided I would join so I could add pictures to the Wiki.

He/She is so DUMB!

Project Y.E.N.R.A.B

Hey Drew, I know your behind this event, but why did the cancel it to 2012? - BarneyBJBabyBopandRiffFan July 12, 2011

I delayed it so I could have more time to plan it. In addition, it's the 20th Anniversary of Barney & Friends next year. -- SonicHOG 22:01, July 12, 2011 (UTC)

why do you keep deleting my pictures -- Timmy2green 20:38, July 27, 2011 (UTC)

I don't want to be mean, but the pictures you posted (except Dean and Duncan's pics) aren't of the actors on Barney & Friends (although they share their names). I appreciate you posting pics, but it doesn't help when they aren't the actors described in the articles (other than in name). Again, sorry to keep deleting the pics. -- SonicHOG 20:42, July 27, 2011 (UTC)

ItsaNewMe SUCKS!

Drew, ItsaNewMe is changing the pictures on this wiki. You need to tell him to stop or else everyone will be confuesed. Rodney16 20:59, August 23, 2011 (UTC)

Bobface456 sucks!

There's this Bobface456 who won't leave me alone. Please take care of him! 18:18, October 19, 2011 (UTC)

Becoming an Admin

Hey Drew, how do I become an admin? - BarneyBJBabyBopandRiffFan October 26, 2011

SonicHOG, do you know how the actors get in the barney costume, because there's no zipper on the back. It's confusing. 22:22, January 19, 2012 (UTC)

why did you delete my commets on circle of friends - Barneyfriend

They don't fit on a Wiki page, my friend. If you want to add comments, you should use the blog feature. -- SonicHOG 20:08, February 8, 2012 (UTC)

look on my profile i do got a do got a blog
